WEARWELL GARMENTS LIMITED is situated in Scotsburn, NS and is hiring a Store clerk to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time. The schedule involves Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payments.
• The candidate must operate the cash register accurately.
• The candidate must operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems.
• The candidate must provide advice regarding merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must perform data entry.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must assist in the display of merchandise.
• The candidate must greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
