Skidder operator

ESC Group Ltd is situated in Cochrane, AB and is hiring a Skidder operator to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Seasonal employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must write daily basic progress reports.
• The candidate must assist other logging workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be well-organized.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
