EcoFusion Builders in Port Coquitlam, BC is inviting applications for the position of Site manager, construction. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate subcontractor activities.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must select trade subcontractors.
• The candidate must prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
• The candidate must hire and supervise activities of subcontractors.
• The candidate must plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress.
• The candidate must prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
• The candidate must read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• The candidate must plan and manage budgets.
• The candidate must direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
• The candidate must prepare reports.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must uphold values and ethics.
• The candidate must be accountable.
