Short haul truck driver

Aero Delivery Ltd. ( RM of Sherwood, SK) is currently looking for a skilled Short haul truck driver. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must load and unload goods efficiently.
• The candidate must operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials safely.
• The candidate must perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle operation.
• The candidate must record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
