DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. ( Delta, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Shop manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
• The candidate must determine which merchandise and services are to be sold.
• The candidate must implement price and credit policies.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
