Holiday Inn Express in Victoria, BC is seeking a self-motivated Hotel night auditor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Night, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must investigate complaints and claims.
• The candidate must register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• The candidate must resolve complaints and claims.
• The candidate must take, cancel, and change room reservations.
• The candidate must provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• The candidate must provide general information about points of interest in the area.
• The candidate must process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
• The candidate must follow emergency and safety procedures.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
