Chocolaterie Au Coeur Fondant in Alma, QC is inviting applications for the position of Shop manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be adaptable.
• The candidate must be creative.
• The candidate must be energetic.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be resourceful.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a coffee shop that provides patrons with a place to congregate, talk, read, write, entertain one another, or pass the time, whether individually or in small groups.
