Shipping and receiving clerk

La Ronge Petroleum Ltd. in La Ronge, SK is seeking a self-motivated Shipping and receiving clerk. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Day, Weekend, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must assemble containers and crates.
• The candidate must inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documentation.
• The candidate must maintain internal record-keeping systems.
• The candidate must record shortages and reject damaged goods.
• The candidate must route goods to appropriate storage areas.
• The candidate must pack goods to be shipped.
• The candidate must unpack goods received.
• The candidate must oversee loading and unloading of goods.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
