Restaurant McDonald's ( Victoriaville, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Shift manager - fast food restaurant. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Seasonal employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
