Job Description

  • The candidate must install exterior prefabricated products.
  • The candidate must install interior prefabricated products.
  • The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
  • The candidate must read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • The candidate must repair and service exterior prefabricated products.
  • The candidate must repair and service interior prefabricated products.
  • The candidate must determine layout and installation procedures.
  • The candidate must document and prepare invoices and work orders.
  • The candidate must measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
  • The candidate must prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • The candidate must utilize hand and power tools.
  • The candidate must install door, window, and other hardware.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.

  • The candidate must work in service or cleaning operations to maintain facilities, manage hygiene standards, and support operational efficiency.
  • The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
