Service advisor - auto repair

Béric Sport Inc. in Val-d'Or, QC is seeking a self-motivated Service advisor - auto repair. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Day, , 08:30 to 17:30.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must arrange for billing for services.
• The candidate must arrange for refunds and credits.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services offered.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must maintain records and statistics.
• The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful services.
• The candidate must explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
• The candidate must answer clients' inquiries and provide information.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
