Mikasa Automotive is situated in Red Deer, AB and is hiring a Service advisor - auto repair to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Day, , 07:30 to 17:30.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must arrange for refunds and credits.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services offered.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful services.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
