Service advisor - auto repair

Canadian Tire Charlottetown in Charlottetown, PE is seeking a self-motivated Service advisor - auto repair. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must arrange for billing for services.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services offered.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must maintain records and statistics.
• The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful services.
