Now hiring: Server - food and beverage services at Chances Casino Signal Point in Williams Lake, BC. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers.
• The candidate must greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• The candidate must take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
• The candidate must work in a casino to manage gaming operations, provide customer service, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
