Vantage Living Inc. in Salmon Arm, BC is seeking a self-motivated Server - food and beverage services. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Casual employment - Part time. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must advise on menu selections.
• The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• The candidate must greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• The candidate must serve food and beverages.
• The candidate must take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
