South Shore Trading Co. is situated in Port Elgin, NB and is hiring a Seafood preparer - fish and seafood processing to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Seasonal employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Day, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing.
• The candidate must scrape away scales, cut fish, separate fillets, and remove scrap parts using a knife.
• The candidate must record production information.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.
• The candidate must work in wet or damp conditions.
