Sales team lead

The Immigration Beads Inc. is situated in Mississauga, ON and is hiring a Sales team lead to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must teach interest or professional development courses.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
