Sales supervisor

Boutique d'Animaux Drummond inc. is situated in Drummondville, QC and is hiring a Sales supervisor to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Term or contractFull time opportunity. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Weekend, , 09:00 to 18:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a retail business, purchasing goods from manufacturers or wholesalers, and selling these goods to consumers in small quantities.
• The candidate must be able to work in an on-site customer service environment, such as an office or business location.
