Now hiring: Roofer at indus roofing ltd in Surrey, BC. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
• The candidate must repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings.
• The candidate must repair or replace single-ply roofing systems.
• The candidate must apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.
• The candidate must install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools.
• The candidate must install sheet metal flashings.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
