Retail store supervisor

Canco 719/One Stop is situated in Lucan, ON and is hiring a Retail store supervisor to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must manage cash.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
