Retail store supervisor

RA WALIA INC in Kingston, ON is seeking a self-motivated Retail store supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Evening, Night, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams.
• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must manage cash.
• The candidate must oversee payroll administration.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must be accurate.
