Retail sales manager

Lange & Fetter Motors Limited in Trenton, ON is seeking a self-motivated Retail sales manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Morning, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
• The candidate must determine which merchandise and services are to be sold.

• The candidate must locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
