Restaurant Café aux Délices in Matane, QC is seeking a self-motivated Restaurant meat cutter. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting.
• The candidate must prepare special cuts of meat as ordered by customers.
• The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• The candidate must remove bones from meat.
• The candidate must clean and prepare fish and shellfish.
• The candidate must grind meats.
• The candidate must make special sausages.
• The candidate must prepare special orders.
• The candidate must shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
