Freddie's Pizza & Donair ( Saint John, NB) is currently looking for a skilled Restaurant manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must manage events.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
