BOSTON GROUP BRITANNIA LTD. is situated in Mississauga, ON and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Early morning, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
