The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
The candidate must recruit staff.
The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
The candidate must supervise staff.
The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Job Requirements
