Restaurant manager

Pizza Hut in Grand Falls, NB is seeking a self-motivated Restaurant manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must cost products and services.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
