New York Pizzeria is situated in Calgary, AB and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.

• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
