TACOTIME in Cochrane, AB is inviting applications for the position of Restaurant manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must manage events.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
