Tacotime is situated in Taber, AB and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
