Saigon Moon in Black Diamond, AB is seeking a self-motivated Restaurant manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must cost products and services.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
