Dawat India in Regina, SK is inviting applications for the position of Restaurant manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must lead and instruct individuals.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
