The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• The candidate must lead and instruct individuals.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
