Highland Halal Shawarma ( Kitchener, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Restaurant manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must cost products and services.
• The candidate must enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
