Swiss Chalet in Thunder Bay, ON is inviting applications for the position of Restaurant assistant manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment - Part time position. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
