Cravin's Chill & Grill ( Sarnia, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Restaurant assistant manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
