Residential property manager

Whitehall Investments Ltd. in Vancouver, BC is seeking a self-motivated Residential property manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
• The candidate must ensure that the terms of lease agreements are fully met.
• The candidate must prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
• The candidate must coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation.
• The candidate must compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
• The candidate must ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in property management companies, overseeing property operations, tenant relations, and facility maintenance services.
