Residential cleaning service manager

Duct Blasters Ltd ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Residential cleaning service manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and inventory.
• The candidate must manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.

Work Setting

• The candidate's relocation costs should be covered by the employer, allowing the employer to contribute to the employee's relocation costs incurred in moving closer to the company's offices or other work locations as required.
• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
