Refrigeration mechanic

Canadawide Heating & Cooling in Woodbridge, ON is seeking a self-motivated Refrigeration mechanic. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must install refrigeration systems.
• The candidate must interpret blueprints or other instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation.
• The candidate must troubleshoot ventilation, air handling, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems.
• The candidate must perform maintenance such as recharging systems with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators, or calibrating systems.
• The candidate must repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
