Job Description

The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

The candidate must establish and implement operational policies and procedures.
The candidate must oversee the classification and rating of occupations.
The candidate must plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
The candidate must manage contracts.
The candidate must manage training and development strategies.
The candidate must liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
The candidate must recruit and hire staff.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
