Job Description

The candidate must arrange training for staff.
The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
The candidate must plan and control budget and expenditures.
The candidate must work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
The candidate must determine strategic planning related to new product lines.
The candidate must establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
The candidate must lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
The candidate must organize regional and divisional sales operations.
The candidate must plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, retail, and other establishments.
The candidate must recruit, organize, train, and manage staff.
The candidate must assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs.
The candidate must lead and instruct groups.
The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
The candidate must manage events.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
