Punch press operator - metal fabrication

Qualified Metal Fabricators Inc ( Etobicoke, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Punch press operator - metal fabrication. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Day, Night shifts.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work for the metal product fabrication industry that shapes metal into parts or end products.
• The candidate should work in a sheet metal shop to turn flat steel or aluminium sheets into metal structures or products by cutting, punching, folding and assembling.
