Job Description

  • The candidate must ensure that the terms of lease agreements are fully met.
  • The candidate must prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
  • The candidate must coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation.
  • The candidate must monitor progress and cost of work for property owners.
  • The candidate must ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.

  • The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
  • The candidate should be client-focused.
  • The candidate must be dependable.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
