Sergic Québec Inc. ( Montréal, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Property rentals manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must ensure that the terms of lease agreements are fully met.
• The candidate must prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
• The candidate must coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation.
• The candidate must monitor progress and cost of work for property owners.
• The candidate must ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be able to manage a large caseload.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in real estate management companies managing properties and related services.
