Job Description

The candidate must direct and control the operations of commercial facilities.

The candidate must direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
The candidate must hire and oversee the training and supervision of staff.
The candidate must oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
The candidate must plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
