Scott Associates Architects Inc. ( Toronto, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Architectural technologist. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must create three-dimensional (3-D) models using computer-aided design (CAD).
• The candidate must create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings using computer-aided design (CAD).
• The candidate must analyze technical documents and reports.
• The candidate must tender contracts.
• The candidate must assist in supervising construction projects.
• The candidate must prepare working drawings.
• The candidate must monitor and inspect work.
• The candidate must construct architectural and display models.
• The candidate must assist in design development.
• The candidate must prepare presentation graphics and drawings.
• The candidate must ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• The candidate must assist in preparing design, drawings, and specifications.
• The candidate must plan and organize construction projects.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be punctual.
