Job Description

The candidate must coordinate subcontractor activities.
The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
The candidate must prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
The candidate must plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress.
The candidate must prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
The candidate must establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
The candidate must read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
The candidate must plan and manage budgets.
The candidate must direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
The candidate must develop and implement quality control programs.
The candidate must develop risk management plans.
The candidate must oversee the analysis of data and information.
The candidate must prepare reports.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
