Job Description
- The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
- The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
- The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
- The candidate must supervise and check the assembly of trays.
- The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
- The candidate must organize buffets and banquets.
- The candidate must consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions.
- The candidate must manage cash.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
- The candidate should be client-focused.
