Production supervisor – manufacturing

Applicants Inc. in Kitchener, ON is seeking a self-motivated Production supervisor – manufacturing. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Night shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
