Production supervisor – assembly

Les Peintures Caméléon ( Saint-Apollinaire, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Production supervisor – assembly. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting.
• The candidate must plan and coordinate staff activities to ensure production deadlines are achieved.
• The candidate must organize day-to-day business operations.
• The candidate must apply primers and repaint surfaces.
• The candidate must recruit, organize, train, and manage staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
