Job Description

  • The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
  • The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
  • The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
  • The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • The candidate must set up machines and equipment.
  • The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • Equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • The candidate must be well-organized.
  • The candidate must be a good team player.
  • The candidate must be flexible.
  • The candidate must be reliable.
  • The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
  • The candidate should have an eye for detail.
